You need a scan tool you can watch the ipr duty cycle and the icp pressure if you have a 78% duty cycle and only 300 psi icp then you know the pcm is asking for it but not getting it so either there is a leek or the ipr is stuck in the open posistion. Calibration concerns, powertrain component faults and ficm malfunctions may produce similar drivability concerns.
